I totally understand what your saying. My sister-in-law's case was finalized in less than 4 months...and now when people hear that its almost been 6 months and we didn't hear anything from them.. they are like

I know before (from my sister-in-laws case and a few friends who went through the process) they would only correspond with applicants when they need something... but once the requested info was provided the visa was given within a month, or two months max--but this doesnt seem to be the case now.
