NO! medical is basically your visa, when you medical is valid and you get a visa they look at it like ok he/she has 4 months........ but when its expired...... the only option you have is the officer saying its ok

Hi all,
I was reading some of your posts about how many months it took some of the people you knew to process their applications, and I just remembered that my sister sponsored her husband in March 2009 and her husband got his visa after 1 month & 26 days exactly after Mississauga's approval , processing times in 2009 were 3-6 months ,and they never filled a residency questionnaire , they issued him his visa in June 2009 and it was valid till March 2010 , that means that his visa was valid for 9 months )
and for me I've been waiting for 7 months and got nothing till now ( alhamdollah for everything .
