I knew this will happen with all the files being moved to Ankara...So now Ankara has become the old Damascus...

Amman and Beirut processing times also increased, from 19 to 20 months and from 17 to 19 months respectively, as well as for most of VO in Europe and Americas. Only very few of them have seen their processing time decreased. Something is clearly wrong with the whole system, it's not only Ankara.

MPs dont care, all they tell you is their are awaiting background checks,, even after the checks have been done,,my mp says they are done the background checks and they are waiting for the security checks and i sent her the letter i got from csis and she then say oh they are waiting for the medical results, im like medical have been recived 1 year ago, it even says it on ecas...she then says well wait for them to contact you..after 21.5 month that is what she says....but you guys see what ur mps have to say, i know mine is not helping at all..good luck to you all...

they can not just extend the period of time.

They must finalized our cases in time , if not they should resign and go back to their homes , maybe others can.

They are not professional , thay are lazy , they should move themselves, christmas they will be next to their families or on the

vacation and laughing to us .

its not just the ankara vo office who has increased its processing time...i do agree with you that we do need to raise awareness...but its not cool to bash just the one vo office...its the whole system ....and its root is set in ottawa....

omg mirin, you are so funny is a good way...your like hury hury,,,i understand your frustration, but all of us are in the same boat, they are awaiting for background and security checks from all of us, its in away not the embassy fault, its outside agencies, and these agencies apparently have lots and lots of cases to look into....

its not just the ankara vo office who has increased its processing time...i do agree with you that we do need to raise awareness...but its not cool to bash just the one vo office...its the whole system ....and its root is set in ottawa....

So bash all Visa offices,
Do something , write to media , there are lots of them
