Erina joon,
I really feel sad about that, I recommend u not to be upset before receiving news, there are all the information in caips but we don't know many of them. and I agree with nelly, it is better to get married in another country, and if u can do it as soon as possible. omidvar bash azizam, good things happen when u don't expect them :)

Kamelia have the bests with your family. I'm writing you with tears all over my face as my case is getting worse and worse and smoothly reaching a refusal, and I know how superhappy it feels to be together so I'm really glad for you.

Hi guys,
I just wanna share info I found.you should turn Roham to green. He got ppr long time ago on 6th July...This is what he wrote

Hey guys, been awhile since I checked out the thread. Been so crazy busy!! All with good news however. We received request for passport on July 6th 2012. She had the Passport back on the 15th, and landed in Calgary Alberta on July 17th 2012!!!

I wish the best of luck to all with their process!

Lots of love. And please if you have a chance update the spread sheet.

Despite of f**king up my life, I had been thinking to do this... but then what if we get married and meanwhile they refuse application?

Hi, Erina

I don't know much about your situation, despite all the obstacles that you might have regarding getting married, I have to agree if its possible for you, the best option would be getting married, its highly unlikely that your case would be refused if you are married and you have the evidence of genuineness of your marriage. if your case does get refused now then it will be harder to do the sponsorship even if you get married later since the first refusal would be a red flag in your application.
at the end its all up to you, and you know your situation best.

best of luck! I hope thing get better for you very soon.

Thanks. I really appreciate everyone for your thoughts and opinions. Right now I have to wait for officer's new concerns on my recent documents. I'm desperate but deep inside I have faith, since I didn't lie about anything in my application. Cheers. ;)

see guys thats why i say Canadian immigration is such an unsystematic one. some people applied in Jan12 got their ppr and someone like kazhal, arsha, solh me and so many others who applied wayy earlier still waiting. its a f.k unfair process >:(, every time i c these things I'm like its ok I'm sure its the end of this f.k process. so it's better 2 wait.

i definitely agree with you hbehmane...lets hang in there a little bit more, hopefully the new month will be the end of this heartbreaking senseless processing..inshallah we will get pprs soon,, wallah i cant believe that my file has been in the embassy for 20 month and 2 weeks and soon itll be 3 weeks and i still dont know why it has taken this long, and dont know if i would ever get it... but others get their pprs within 9-8-7 etc months......btw kind people can anyone tell me when u got ur GMC notes back, i mean on which days...i have been waiting for a while and i have not received anything back..thats the only thing that i am looking forward too now a days, i hope that wont take them 20 month to get back to me..??
