they say wait!!! we dont have your file and we cant help you!! or that processing time on line applies to 80% of cases! or dont bother us its counterproductive replying back to emails!...should i go on or...

sorry it is not only the waiting, the whole Canadian immigration system is ridiculous. How irresponsible are these people when replying to your emails this way.....
