Sending PCC is a little differrent because by the time you send PCC you normally have a UCI# which you do not at the moment.SonOfOdin said:Thanks for all the replies.
It looks that the chances are bleak and the app needs a lot of luck to make it.
One more thought. it has been stated in the CIC application guide that the PCC need not be sent initially when the applucation is sent. And that it cab be sent at a later point in time. What if I send another package with the pcc and the new credit card details and clearly state on the package as nishesh pointed out, that the package contains additional documents (pcc documents) of so and so applicant. Do you think that in such a case, CIC will take the burden of marrying the new documents with the original application?

Therefore the probability remains the same as of now, PCC or no PCC.
