Question regarding in process, there doesn't seem to be a second line when I click on the In Process button, only the first line specifying when they received my app, will this update later today/tomorrow?
So just the link says "in processing" ? Who knows with ecas, all you can do is wait and see.gooh said:Question regarding in process, there doesn't seem to be a second line when I click on the In Process button, only the first line specifying when they received my app, will this update later today/tomorrow?
Yeah, it shows In Process on the main page of ECAS, but when I press it to read the details, there's just the one line saying when my app was received.Aquakitty said:So just the link says "in processing" ? Who knows with ecas, all you can do is wait and see.
Mine shows the same thing + medical results received.gooh said:Yeah, it shows In Process on the main page of ECAS, but when I press it to read the details, there's just the one line saying when my app was received.

And congrats to all the people with movement on their apps, SA FTW!
My timeline is very similar to yours (within a week of both app received and sponsor approval) and only shows the first "your application was received" line despite going In Process last weekgooh said:Question regarding in process, there doesn't seem to be a second line when I click on the In Process button, only the first line specifying when they received my app, will this update later today/tomorrow?
No, nothing is showing up except for what has always been on there (date received + medicals received)jamsham12 said:Just curious, when you log on ecas is there a third line item that states "we have started processing your application on XXXX date"?
Honestly, that's kind of a relief for recent IP'ers to know that you, along with some earlier applicants do not see a third line either, because your app is clearly due for a decision. Maybe it's CIC's new way of updating ECAS.prairiegirl22 said:No, nothing is showing up except for what has always been on there (date received + medicals received)
You're fine. While CIC can do random condition-51 audits, they seem to happen very rarely. Besides that, you are under no obligation to tell CIC your address after you have landed and have received your PR card, so if they want to audit you it's their job to find you first.randomuser said:I have a concern.... I applied for PR through Ottawa and landed with Condition 51 in 2013. My condition has recently expired. I've read that CIC or CBSA may do random audits. Does anyone know if this is true or how they contact you?
Does your ECAS say anything about your medical being received?Speedster said:Question for everyone?
I applied August 2014. Had SA since Dec 2014(mistake at CIC)
I finally received a request from CIC: "Medical: Complete or provide proof of completion of the Immigration medical examination. "
Does this mean they have never received our upfront medical(which is now expired) or is this their way of requesting a re-medical.
What wording did others receive when receiving a re-medical request?
If this is stating they never received it, I'd be curious where the rest of our file is. If you know how much they screwed up the first stage you'd understand my concern.
Thanks!
No, unfortunately our ECAS is one of those awesome ones that still only state Application received August 2014.LT1013 said:Does your ECAS say anything about your medical being received?
If not, maybe emailing them a copy of your upfront printout would help.
