Does anyone know what this means for expired COPR holders?
Considering the non-expired approved COPR and PRV holders (on or before March 18) can still travel. I assume that the recent service delivery provides an option to expired COPR and PRV holders to travel. Does this mean that the expired COPR can also travel without eTA/AL. However, it does not specify anything pertaining to expired COPR
