Got Re-meds request on 21st Dec 2020. Completed re-meds in Fortis, BLR on 23rd Dec 2020. Medicals updated on 31st Dec 2020 as passed. "Current Status" has changed to "Submitted". What is the TAT for them to issue AL or CoPR (PPR) at this moment?

No Changes in profile, I am a Single applicant with expired CoPR and haven't landed yet.

Should I be responding to the email? and confirm that I am ready to travel or treat the email as a status update and await further instructions from the VO? As per the last line on the email, my travel situation hasn't changed. Just wanted a little more clarity.
