what if he is right. let says. maybe 1%
guys we live in democratic country
we want to go to another democratic country
every one should have a chance to say what they want to say
lets not suppress anyone
i'm very happy for calgirl for getting visa on her own but lesser mortals might need some help

......help from the right source I guess; however, if someone wishes to be cheated and robbed then that's his/her choice....we live in a democratic country after all where everybody has right to choose.
Jokes apart Pooja....I also believe in democracy and aware of the rights of the same. however responsibility is the other side of the coin named right. Whenever you are gifted with some rights you inherit the equal amount of responsibility at the same time and can't turn away from it.
We believe it's our responsibility to make all aware of any cheating/fraud or bad/poor service/product. However, it's an individual's personal choice(or you may say right) to pay heed to it or not.

I am terribly afraid of other readers who may directly start arguments with me and my time, money & energy will be wasted in replying them and making my stand clear. So I request other readers not to argue with my opinion, as they are not to prove anyone wrong, it is just my personal opinion and may be inappropriate to anyone.

Consultants charge very high. Also all may not be expert as we think. Even after much research, you may be sure that he is genuine. He may be genuine but it is possible that may fail in some case. You better know your history and you can represent yourself well. You may tell whatever he asks. He may ignore some important point from your case. Through consultants, it is sure, some delay will be added, as all the correspondence will be addresses to him.

So I suggest if you are fair enough at paper work, do it yourself. For all problems this forum is there! Your consultant may not be equally worried about you as you are! And if one fails, he can tell that it is due to his own mistake & not due to some others'. Consultants have some experience, that's all. They don't have any other direct source of information except www.cic.gc.ca to get information from CHC!

consultants don't come to ur house in the nite n steel ur money.
ppl like u n me go to them (not u...me only........). yes they charge lot of money but it is upto u to employ them or not. u didn't..............i'm very happy for that. but others need to.whats wrong in that............ in this forum or any other forum(tv show or newspapers) have u ever complained about ur Mamta Banerjee or CPI, what they did to TATA's. i guess not.................

if u think u can do it on ur own n u hav time...............u should DIY. if not, there is no harm in going to someone good, reliable & someone who is recommended by ur knowns. don't go to someone who opened the shop yesterday.

I had used consultant for my study permit. They helped me a lot but because of them i have also face some problem. One common problem with the consultant they don't give right information when we want (regarding file status). After giving all the documents to them they have not submit it on the time but I have no option and I am late by 15 days in my college.
Believe me I m not a single person but so many student and immigrant facing this type of problem because of dependency on consultancy.

me and many on this forum got theit visa without the help of consultancy.

I want to request all the forum members to visit britishexpat.com/forum. Check how they manage any thread (it is just a suggestion). I have seen on this forum, we take any comment very personally.

I am sorry if anyone hurt by my view.

Doesn't matter you agree or not....WW!cS is the worst ever consultant I have ever heard of. Closing eyes from the truth won't change it. Thank you for giving me the idea of opening my own consultancy (see... this is why I really like you, you are a real well wisher, a gift from God). Please go through my posts first. I never suggested anyone not to go to any consultant. I never called names to any of them. All I want is to make people aware of frauds and I will continue doing so as long as possible as this issue didn't get as much publicity as political issues in West Bengal (it's proved, even people like you knows well about Mamata, CPM and TATA, isn't it darling pooja?).
Please come up with something other than torontokijiji.com as it's nothing new. Anybody can google it out and won't need a friend to mention it.
Getting abusive/losing cool are signs of mental weakness (again, really doesn't matter ma'm if you believe it or not, it's a proven fact. I can refer books which will help you to understand this, if you want).

Please go and read jitz' posts carefully and then criticize someone. When someone says that one consultancy has a special rapport with CHC so that they can have interviews waived for their clients then definitely he/she is talking crap. And people should call that a spam. This kind of forums are to help people and not to misguide anyone. I never got hurt anyway because I won't be cheated anyway. You know why I said jitz is from their team? Because he talks the same way they council customers and that's how they win their trust. Let me save you from asking one more question...how do I know that? when my husband and I first decided to apply for immigration to Canada we went to see ww1cS and they talked the same way. Then we started researching on them and found lots of fraud cases. I have already posted a web link in this thread where they said to their customer that one can land anywhere in Canada but Quebec once the immigration visa is received. Only if you knew how wrong it is. I consider this a crime, when the consultancy misguides it's client where professional service is bought. Port Of Entry is clearly written in CPR form. Do you support this? It's not only me who disapproves them in this forum. Please check other posts as well. Do you think all of us are talking crap?
No one's imposing anything on you or on any other person. We have only shared our views and some people took it personally as they already decided to consult a particular group. These people are beyond help.
One more thing...I never take things personally when it comes from a stranger so need not to worry about my feelings.
