Avoid self proclaimed India's leading Canadian Immigration company.Have you heard horror stories from people who migrated canada?Tonnes and volumes can be written on it.One of the doctors was thrashed,their MD gone to jail for molestation,one director never going to canada because of credit card abuse RCMP is after him, money taken for interview waiver,hidden expenses (under disbursement fees).Forcing applicant to write appreciation letter and then giving visa.List is endless.One will say but how do they manage to get clients?Yes they spend a lot on marketing.
if some one is paying say about $2000-00 plus then he is paying them just for his documents to be COURIERED to visa office.

is it better to go with some consultants or one should go on thier own?
their is information on CIC's website but is it sufficient for a novice to follow it?
consultants do charge money but isn't it worth spending? they are professionals or they are SUPPOSED to be professionals?

If some research is done on this company on some other discussion forums you will get simiar stories.
This company is in the habit of planting moles whenever some serious issue crops up.
Now here JITZ is vouching for the credibility of this company, how naive he is can be gauged by the fact that he says that his company "got' many interview waived.He is clueless about immigration procedure which is confirmed by his statement that their client gets interview waived, have contacts with high commission and quick approval.If that is the case then why so many clients who filed through them in 2003-2004 are still waiting for their visas.Why this agency have have to reply that high commission is assessing and reviewing 2003/2004 cases.That everyone knows,New delhi canadian high commission also says the same thing.If they are well connected then by this time all their applicants should have been in Canada by now.Why their MD had to say this above thing in their seminar regarding processing time?

One of my friend also applied through WWICS and his occupation was not in the 38 occupational list. Now they are not ready to refund his initial installment.

But I advice that before applying through any consultant please check the company in order to get confused in the middle of your case.

In my opinion a good Consultant can help you and guide you in a better way to submit your case for immigration.

I will rate them worst because they are not giving my friend full refund and even my friend did not get the remaining amount which WWICS agree to refund.

Please look for another consultant but again check with somebody about that consultant

If you handle a reasonable well english and don't bother to read meticulously the info and guide contained in www.cic.gc.ca. Better go on your own. In my case, I started with a couple of consultants and they are all the same, just interested in the money rather to support or helping you. Even I have had to be checking the forms as I found mistakes made by them. Personally it was a waste of money and time going thru consultants. I learnt that no one will provide the time and care as the same person himself.

they take the case only when they are sure that u'll get the visa (or they say so). so, if you don't get the visa for soem reason, do they refund the money also.

I don't suggest anyone to go with Agents or DIY, it's purely a personal choise. But, I'm also aware of the following few, who have this 'No Success-No Fees' system:

I personally feel we "should" do on our own. We are all well educated, professional lot and very net SAVVY . So in a way we all can browse net and get info and help from forums like this and ofcourse from CHC link.
I , did not use any agents for my Oz PR visa and I got it successfully. I m planning to do the same for Canada Visa too... we really dont need any guidance( the fee is too high!!) from the so called agents. I feel, they (Agents)cant give that personal touch to your file and which makes a lot difference...

Think over and decide which is best for you!!!

They will take your case even if you do not stand any chance of success. Yes the contract says that they will return most of your money should you be refused visa but read their small print and its not easy to get the money back from them.

One of my friends applied through them in 2001. They misguided him that he could apply as an accountant as he was B.Com with accounts experience. Well his case was rejected as chc delhi said that he did not hold proper account certification. Ooops the "very professionals" according to Jitz did not know their job. After the rejection this professional company made him to write down all the questions/answers at the interview (yes Jitz for your information he got interview call) and so they could learn from the poor chap's miserable experience... what a professional approach Jitz. A personal question Jitz are they still following the hit and trial method or have they learned enough from the experiece of the rejected cases.... just asking you need not answer if you are uncomfortable with it.Then came the point of return of fee, eventully they did minus the "administrative" charges or should I say misadministration charges when he threatened them to go to press/media. Yes they are popular as popularity can be bought with the immense resources (read your fees) at their disposal. If you go to another discussion forum immigration dot ca and look up the 2004 archieved thread you will find many clients of this "reputed" company who have claimed that their documents were submitted later then the last date of submission. Ooooops even their courier serivices are worse than snail postal services. And mind you unlike in the old applicants case where a few days/weeks late submission was acceptable in the fast track if your doucments do not reach the last submission date and the visa officer opens your file be sure of the consequences of non-complaince of request to submit documents.

Yes if you are uneducated, can not read or write English (in which case you will not qualify) and can not understand the simple questions in the forms and have lot of money to pay for the "courier" service they offer then go for them.

And Jitz may I unashamedly ask how much commission is offered to an "agent" who gets a innocent client for this well connected company. By the way does it seem to you that I know too much inside information at this reputed company.And for God sake stop making the bogus claim of having an excellent reputation with CHC. I think you may want rewrite their history.....
