Congratulations Jarrodz. I am so happy that you have received your citizenship. I am still waiting here in the north. I think if I lived in southern Ontario I would have had my ceremony many months ago. I wish that CIC would make the arrangements for a ceremony for us soon.

Hello, my name is Leo. My wife and I took the citizenship test on April 30, 2012 but no result yet. What is the average waiting time of receiving any news from CIC. My friend took the exam March 2012 but he has already took the oath as Canadian Citizen.

Since I'm new in this blog, I haven't read the trail. Maybe, this was already answered before.

Glen Erin Mississauga CIC processing time after the test if 4 months.
May 2012 test takers already got the oaths or rest of them schedule throw out this month.

so you oath suppose to completed by this time, did you call CIC help desk ?
if not plz call and find out the status.

My inlaws wrote thier citizenship test on May 16, 2012 and still haven't received an oath letter or any notifications that they hadn't passed. I've checked the CIC website several times, but it still says in process.

Is there anyone else in this situation?

Wow! Too good to be true? Test taken 02 Oct2012, today I see ecas updated, that letter to take t.he oath was send Nov 1st to take the Oath in the 16! Not even a month processing time? Cannot beleve it! Anybody else? It is Glen Erin.
