After 5 days trying to call IRCC, 27 times only today, and 47 mins on hold waiting for an agent and another 15 mins for the agent to check my account. The agent confirmed that the Niagra Fall office didn't send anything yet.
I explained my urgency to her and she said: Sorry, there is no procedure from her side to expedite this process as long as it's not 6 weeks from the Oath date yet.
Finally, she said: Congratulations for the citizenship!

I called them 27 times back to back today from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m.
- Don't enter your uci as the agent will ask you about it again
- choose the option (2) to edit or modify your information
- choose (0) to speak to an agent
Repeat that again until they put you in the Q. Good luck!
Thank you very much, again they are unable to connect to an agent. They need a big reform in terms of online services and customer experience. I do understand the process may take some time, but in the meantime, it should not be an excuse for not being transparent with the application. They have a long way to go to increase the maturity of their service levels. It's not acceptable with today's technology but I stopped to be surprised from the day of my first application for a work permit which was a long long time ago.
last line had me cracked they told me the same thing when i called them two weeks back. its out of their reach at this point but if after 6th week nothing is here they told me to call them back LOL!!!
Same here . Thank you to the clerk delaying our certificate. What a joke . Just for a single piece of paper they are taking 3 weeks . I feel they are doing knowingly. People who requested urgent didn’t got any certificate , but who didn’t need it urgent got in 5-6 days .
that is the absolute worst part.. People who did not request urgently in my ceremony on 17th october, got theirs in 10-12 days. I requested urgently with all the proof, nothing happened. Urgency is gone as well.
Been over a month now.
I strongly feel they intentionally delay for those who need it urgently. And it is not the whole office is bad, it is a few bad eggs clerk who mess it up or simple don't give a fuck because they have too much power in their hands and they know it.
Yes same happened with me . Someone had oath on same day got certificate. I requested for urgent including proof and there we goo . Do they care about our money , about our feelings we going through?

I asked if it's been mailed. He said he doesn't have access to that and doesn't know if it's been mailed or not. He can only see that it's been printed.
He finished the call by saying it could take up to 6 weeks to be mailed.
I did my oath on the 3rd of Nov with Niagara falls office.

Hiiiii, i just want to share my experience. I was on call with IRCC when this comment came in so I had the opportunity to ask if the agent ATLEST knows my certificate has been printed or not? to this question the agent told me they don't have any tools or ways to find out if commissioner of Oath has printed my certificate yet etc. I mentioned how some of my peers already know their certificate has been printed how and you don't have the tool at all I am so confused. He then proceeds to say maybe your peers misunderstood!!!!!!! i have seen few users in this forum confirming their cetificate has been printed and they found out through the agent they spoke.
I asked him if i can go to my near by oath office to pick up or if they can email it to me? He kept on saying because of covid things got pushed back and they are working really very hard and is very busy to help our Canadians bla bla bla. AT the end he said your only option is to wait. i wish I had a different answer or can give u a time frame, but there isnt any actually. u can call back if you want to its your personal decision!!

Just to send some hope there, surprisingly "Alhamdu leAllah" I received the 3 certificates of my family in one envelope today. Looks like the IRCC lady that I called this morning and told me that they didn't send it yet has no Idea about anything and their online system is useless, my status still in progress. I was about to cancel my flight.

Congratulations happy for you. Is your tracker still in progress? What did the lady told you when was your certificate printed?
