Update: I finally received my certificate in the mail yesterday on the 28th of November. It was mailed on the 23rd of November from the Niagara Office. My oath date was the 3rd of November. Good luck to everyone!

Congratulations! It's so weird that people who did it way after the 3rd are receiving theirs. You mentioned you did your oath on the 8th. It seems like there is no sequence or order! All the best!

I don't know when they updated it. I tried to do an urgent request but they said your request isn't urgent enough :p I tried calling them to ask them if it's been mailed or not but you cannot reach a human!
