Hello All,

I am trying to upload my documents to my Permanent Residency application but for the past 3 days I am getting an error as: "Our Online Services are Currently Down" and a system generated code comes up. Also, sometimes it gives an error as: "Bad HTTP".

I would like to know if anyone else is facing these difficulties and how to get this thing working. I have tried deleting the 'cookies' and stuff and have tried logging in from different computers too :'(

It seems that I am the only one having difficulties in accessing the website. Can somebody please tell me how to resolve this ???

I have seen good response with Firefox. Also you can try to login in Non-EST timing ..may be due to overload sometimes it throws error.

Thanks for the replies.. I have done the following things till now but with NO LUCK

(1) Changed the browsers: Internet explorer, Chrome, Firefox, Safari.
(2) Cleared the Cache and delete temporary files.
(3) Tried to log-in at different times and through different gadgets: Desktop, Laptop, Mobile, I-pad.

This is really frustrating as the time is ticking and don't know what to do and have not been able to get a response from IRCC too. Have submitted a case specific enquiry but it would take at-least 10 business days for them to reply. Don't know what else I can do :(

Try other location and keep upload it again. Hope you can access the system soon.

Still their server is down !!!! What should be my action plan??? I have 18 days left before my ITA expires ::) Please assist me !!!!!!

Just call cic or email their technical support team and provide your profile number. They will look into it and will provide you solution.

I have already done these steps. Just wanted to know what else can/should I do so that I do not lose this ITA. I have actually read few posts where people say that they haven't heard anything back from IRCC even after the Case Specific Enquiry.

Are you getting an error when uploading documents or when submitting your profile? If the error occurs when you upload your docs, then try again and again. I encountered a similar problem with uploading the documents. Sometimes the website even showed that the docs are uploaded, but you have to double check them, because from time to time, the documents just disappear.

what about you personal info? Were you able to fill it successfully ? Are there any docs that you successfully submitted or the error appears for all of them ?
