I don't think that's true. As people said above you don't lose age point once you receive ITA. Your documents however must be valid at the time of submission.

4100 ITA.? Don't be to hard on CIC people, they do like to take Christmas break as well and not to sit there in office processing those 4100 applications.

You are supposed to enter your both work experience in work history section.(4th section) You are entering that information under Intended work which section is for job supported by LMIA or LMIA exempt job.

No one thinks it's on 12th. It's probably on 14th, because, 1. that's 2nd Wednesday from last draw 2. As per IRCC email, everyone has till 12th to update profile while CIC is working on technical issue.

Doesn't really except province of BC and ON will be able to see your profile if you select those province and answer yes to two more question which will be shown if you select those two province. Ontario used to invite applicant with score 400 or more to apply for ON PNP. that thing is on hold...
