Decline this ITA, wait for the next draw and you'll get it again. Worst case scenario - decline the ITA, delete the profile, create a new profile, inform OINP about the change and rationale, ask them to transfer nomination to new profile and take it from there.
Avoid paying an agent for a technical issue.

As advised already, the quickest way would be to decline this ITA and wait for another ITA. If you'd done that a few days ago, you would've had another shot at another post ITA application already. Not too late even now so try doing that in time for the May draw. If even that fails for some reason, you can withdraw your profile from the pool, inform OINP about technical challenges, get them to transfer nomination and still be in with a chance for the second draw in May.
IRCC is unlikely to provide support in solving each applicant's technical problems. This could be something unique to you (unlikely) or other people might be facing it but they aren't on the forum or not responding to this post for some reason. If you do have a few hundred dollars to waste, you can consider other 'advice' that is being dished out but this appears to be the most logical way of going forward with your situation. Your call.
Makes perfect sense. This is most probably a technical glitch - Going to a lawyer and paying him just because of a technical glitch doesn't sound like a wise plan to me.
IMO, I would like to emphasize the fact that both IRCC and OINP know of the fact that these technical glitches occur sometimes and you will not have a hard time finding a solution to it.
Like Asivad has already advised, wait it out. See if things are okay by the time you get the next ITA (Probably on May 4). If not, then you can create new EE profile and notify OINP of the same and the nomination would be transferred to your new EE profile - might take 15 days but definitely not worth paying 750 $ for that.
In the meantime, you can report to the technical team here ---> http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/contacts/web-form.asp
You can raise a CSE here ---> https://secure.cic.gc.ca/enquiries-renseignements/canada-case-cas-eng.aspx
Wish you all the very best!
