i would suggest go for the Agent and negotiate. Tell him you will pay on successful application submission. dont take risk now. talk to some more agents if you want and find out the most reasonable one. But pay only after successful submission.ajit1 said:

The reason is:
You are facing a problem which is not faced by others. this means there is a problem at your end. If you decline the ITA and again get other ITA you might face the same problem because you still dont know the cause of the problem.

I am being told by IRCC through their Twitter account that they're aware some people are facing issues. They are trying to resolve it. How can there be a problem at my end? If I already have a PNP nomination and all the details in my application are filled up properly. In fact I was able to see all the list of documents some 16 days back and suddenly encountered this issue without making any changes to my application?

They didn't promise anything for extension. I just want to be sure that I haven't made an error somewhere that I don't know about and that is what is bothering me. I hope you understand my situation. The only error that I am getting is:

As advised already, the quickest way would be to decline this ITA and wait for another ITA. If you'd done that a few days ago, you would've had another shot at another post ITA application already. Not too late even now so try doing that in time for the May draw. If even that fails for some reason, you can withdraw your profile from the pool, inform OINP about technical challenges, get them to transfer nomination and still be in with a chance for the second draw in May.
IRCC is unlikely to provide support in solving each applicant's technical problems. This could be something unique to you (unlikely) or other people might be facing it but they aren't on the forum or not responding to this post for some reason. If you do have a few hundred dollars to waste, you can consider other 'advice' that is being dished out but this appears to be the most logical way of going forward with your situation. Your call.
