Rakesh, Buddy I have sent all the above documents, 65 Pic's plus many Canadian financial documents & letter where it showd that wife [Full name & DOB] is a beneficery and joint account confirmation & confirmation from Revenue Canada regarding spouse information, I was as confidence as you are but the ballon burst in Oct when I received a letter saying that "Marriage is not Genuine and it appears marriage is performed to acquire the status in Canada" ;D Also provide us the detail reason why you havnt had RUKHSATI yet and future plan.

They ask for more proof, more pic's and a letter from my wife discribing what she knows about me & my family, and of course PCC & Re-medical also.

So you never know they can give shock's to applicants they way the want, dont be over confidence.

I had a question, when do applicants get the supplementary form request.? Do applicants get it with the AOR or after they received the AOR?

Sometimes with AOR and sometimes after 2-3 months of AOR

Applicants with 2010 AORs received with the AOR. Applicant before that just received the AOR and now with remedical requests they are receiving the supp forms and some other forms aswell.

Yea, I understand the case is pretty much out of my hands but I'm sure the documents we put together shows our marriage is genuine, our case is a little different being a Hindu marriage, we did all the religious and celebratory functions and events in Pakistan pre and post wedding and provided more than enough proof of that, honestly there's not much else we could of done.

Yea I know what you mean, with CHC-Islamabad its either good or bad luck and you're just sharing personal experience.

Application received: March 29, 2010
Application approved: April 23, 2010
Application sent to ISB: April 23, 2010

still waiting for the update. The e-CAS Tracker is also silent about my status.

Hello Everyone,

I was married in Pakistan January 2, 2010 and lived with my husband until my return to Canada end of February 2010.

Here's my timeline

-Mississauga Office re'cd Sponsor Application - April 29, 2010
-Rec'd notice June 4, 2010 requirements meet and file forward to Islamabad
- Check my status on line and notice that my husband's file in processing as of July 22, 2010
- My Husband rec'd request to complete Supplementary info form and provide proof of communication, photos and original Nikka Nama - August 1, 2010.
- All required documents and proof of communication sent Aug 9, 2010
- I sent email to Embassy Nov 9, 2010 inquiring about status of my file .
- rec'd standard response back Nov 16, 2010 - Application in process & in queue to be reviewed.

I guess know its just a waiting game .. Inshallah I hopefully that the New Year will bring us all good news.

Hi EVERYONE:
Can anyone tell me when usually CIC-I start working on the files after they received. I am asking this question as the case file of my wife sponsorship was receivedin July 2010 and the CICI-I started process from Aug-10. Meanwhile I came to Pakistan by the end of Aug-10 and still there moving back by the end of Jan-11. I was just woundering as they start processing her case and if they found I am here they might reject my case. I am quite worried on this issue. Please note she hasnt received her AOR as well as any supp form.
