Put away means , they have safely placed your Hard copy file in the storage and they will scan or already have scanned your file as now a days all work is done on e-file not the hard copy.

and before your case change to in process , every time you order notes, they create your gcms notes on the first day (the day you order notes) so at that time (one month ago) the date that they will look at was shown as 22nd feb (which already passed)
So i hope this answers your questions

No need to worry.. Its not even a full year since you applied... People are waiting since more than two years here... I know many people applied after u has been hearing from cic.. But there are many more still in the list.... If you really wanna know about your file status try ordering notes...
Its taking almost 14 to 15 months on average from the date of file transfer to process a case... And at times more than that too..so in my opinion there is nothing to worry.

This is all luck.. I applied in 2013 and i see 2014 cases are completed while mine is still to be done.. Try to find the exact date of transfer of your file via notes... Then count the number of months since the date of transfer... Expect 14 to 15 months to hear something from cic since the transfer date.. Not necessarily your file is transfered in the same month when u got aor.

One more thing I was wondering (or maybe just getting paranoid) regarding GCMS notes is that, under the ASSESSMENTS section once the Eligibility, reMedical and Criminality fields have been noted as 'Passed', is there a chance that they get re-assessed on due date by a different officer or that's pretty much it for selection criteria to get PPR any time soon.
I have done my reMedical on January 19, 2015 and they received it on January 27, 2015. File was transferred to London visa office at the end of January, 2014.

Would appreciate any thoughts.

Thanks.

Hi there,

Alhumdulillah my wife is in Canada now. Its been three months now. I just wanted to ask you that along with the application we also submitted some original documents. How do we retrieve these documents from the visa office in Pakistan or London? If they send these documents how long does it take them to send these? Is there any e-mail or phone that we can contact to ask about these documents?

Thank you.

Its okay. Mine is the same way. Our files were approved in Islamabad (Alhamdullilah)
They do everything so slow, the important thing is your visa. Which you have! Now party! :)
