What date is ur interview?
When did u first become aware of it and when did u receive correspondence pertaining to the date?

I submitted my application to sponsor my wife as a nikah only case in October 2013. In Novermber of 2014, they asked to provide evidence of a rukhsati, so we hurriedly arranged one and then gave the evidence. I also asked my wife to do another medical and a police check and submit both. Two weeks ago, I received an email asking for the RPRF, which i submitted immediately, and since then, neither my wife, nor I have heard anything.

Checking the ECAS status today, I found that the status of "Decision Made" on the application of her permanent residence, but we havent received any information about the decision itself. I called CIC, but they wouldnt give me any information.

I heard that getting the "Decision Made" status before getting the PPR means rejection. My wife has not received the PPR. Has anyone experienced something similar? And if so, is there any advice on the next steps to take?

dont be in tension, if you have failed to submit any document/s they have asked you then they will send you an email again stating a specific and final timelines to submit the document.
Further u may contact to MP and tell him/her the current situation of your case and ask for the recent update from CIC.
Further, if you have cheated with CIC at any point during the case, they will immediately stop your case.

no there is nothing like that dont assume anything and get panic they will contact your wife soon i got ppr after descion made so everyone else difference depends upon variable updation of staus

So yes she sent her passport on 18th December and was received in Islamabad on 22nd December and today on February 04 on my wife's bday she received her passport back
