I submitted my application to sponsor my wife as a nikah only case in October 2013. In Novermber of 2014, they asked to provide evidence of a rukhsati, so we hurriedly arranged one and then gave the evidence. I also asked my wife to do another medical and a police check and submit both. Two weeks ago, I received an email asking for the RPRF, which i submitted immediately, and since then, neither my wife, nor I have heard anything.
Checking the ECAS status today, I found that the status of "Decision Made" on the application of her permanent residence, but we havent received any information about the decision itself. I called CIC, but they wouldnt give me any information.
I heard that getting the "Decision Made" status before getting the PPR means rejection. My wife has not received the PPR. Has anyone experienced something similar? And if so, is there any advice on the next steps to take?
no there is nothing like that dont assume anything and get panic they will contact your wife soon i got ppr after descion made so everyone else difference depends upon variable updation of staus
