I was just wondering that's why I asked. But I did know someone whose spouse did not have a cnic card when married. To answer your question I believe the B-Form from nadra is sufficient for marriage because thats the same form you submit to get a cnic card issued. To answer the second part of your question your B-Form has the cnic number on it so they register your marriage and issue marriage certificate according to that. I guess if you don't have a cnic card you can still get married. I believe not everyone has a cnic card issued.

now overses can take computerize samart card this card is in both language urdu and English if you got this then you did not need cnic . Ok

Congratulations its been a week me landed to safely in Canada Alhamdulilah.... I pray for all those members who are waiting for their visas that they get reunited soon with their spouses.
