Salam Everyone.. i have sent my wifes passport a month ago they said it will be back within 2 weeks of time.. now its been a month havnt heard anything... it starting to worry me more day by day.. i sent them an email and havn't heard anything back.. anyone having same issue? or any action should i take..?

on which date you sent your wife passport ? its been 25 days for me still waiting for my PP to return.

no they send a new package with new tracking no.

Salam, once it says Decision Made on your E-Case then your wife's Pass Port with Visa will be sent. Hope this helps In Sha Allah....

In my opinion they hv already given approval as it is given in ppr2 tht visa is ready to b issued...thts y they reffered to isb...might b i m wrong,whatever the case may be,Allah has plans for us n we will b done v soon in shaa Allah

Approval and Visa issuance are 2 different things

Then v should enjoy our december break too without bothering .. Right??

I am the live example, I am approved for Visa but I am not issued visa yet... I have got PPR2 with statement that "Your case is done and we are ready to issue you visa send your PP to ISB and expect in max 3 weeks"
ISB gets approval and Visa Exp from LVO (Dont know manual or Online; but it does take from LVO for sure) and then stamp the Visa. Mine is APPROVED but not ISSUED. I have got Remed by LVO now after PPR2 and PP is already sent to ISB in 1st week of Nov 2014.
Hope you got the difference.

yeah there is
Few days back someone used to share the tracking numbers of the packages out for delivery from chc -isb daily .. Else dont know how to contact them n whether they respond or not ..

they received passport on 12 November.. so its been more then a month today..
