I need suggestion from senior member.

My online status is in process since 3 Dec 2014.

LVO asked me for additional forms in November 2014 which I sent. After 5 days of delivery my online status change to IN PROCESS.

My medical is valid till 22 Jan 2015.

I have just received an email from DELHI.MCREASSESSMENT @ international.gc.ca

So??? What is your question? I assume that you are thinking your med is not expired yet and you are asked for remed right? That could be becasue your case might need more time and meanwhile your Med expires, or could be the reason that they do not want to give you a grace period n case the med is about to expire so have asked you for remed. Keep in mind that now a long holidays are started almost so skip the remaining days of Dec. If you get PPR in 1st week of Jan 2015 and then you get your PP back after say 3 weeks, your med would be expired. This is the reason of this email. And if you are worried about the X-rays then do not worry, it only assures that the person coming to CA is TB free. That is it.
Else if you have different query, kindly state here.

I am worried about Dehli visa office asked for remedical where as my file is in London.

LVO sent me email in Nov 2014 and they did not ask me 3rd medical.
Now new Dehli suddenly jumped in and asked for re-medical.

sallam I need suggestion from senior member.

i have send my passport to CHC on 5-11-2014 and my medical expire on 27-11-2014 and they cannot issue visa in time.

now LDN send me the email below and i reply them ,now what will i expect from embassy to back my passport with grace time or do re-medical.......

Dear Applicant,

We are writing with regards to your application for permanent residence in Canada.

As you are aware, visa validity is determined by medical validity, and for this application your medical results will expire on 2014/11/27.

As a one-off procedure, in order for our medical officer to potentially reassess the current medical results and determine whether an extension of your medical validity is possible, please provide the following:

- countries visited/country of residence since the date of your original medical, including details of all/any business trips, holidays/vacations or stopovers of any duration.

- details of any illnesses, however minor or temporary, since the date of your original medical.

If the medical officer determines that an extension of your medical validity is not possible, repeat medical instructions will be sent.

Sincerely,

Hmmm No, that is a good news that if the MO does not find any illness then your med will be extended for few months and you will get your PP with Visa. Congrats in advance.

Hmm it was a logical reply, because I am also in the same situation BUT because my med was expired in Jan 2013, LVO requested me for remed after PPR2. You are asked to inform something about your travel and health history so that means they DO want to give you a grace period. So I am 99% sure that if you did not travel other countries in the time after your med is done and there was no such illness then you will get your visa. And the grace period is of few months like 2,3.

I think that's normal.... cuz New Delhi processes all medical requests for our region.... I remember when my wife did hers they put new delhi office on the medical form.... I guess they process it there n forward it on to London....
