My online status is in process since 3 Dec 2014.

LVO asked me for additional forms in November 2014 which I sent. After 5 days of delivery my online status change to IN PROCESS.

My medical is valid till 22 Jan 2015.

I have just received an email from DELHI.MCREASSESSMENT@international.gc.ca


This is in reference to your visa application for Canada.

The results of initial medical examinations for yourself has expired. In order to provide your application with an updated validity we require following additional medical examination(s) for your self:
• Chest Xray (in DICOM / JPEG format) with report (in PDF)
• Completed MEDICAL REPORT CHEST X-RAY REQUISITION AND REPORT form (Page 5 and 6 of IMM5419) (in PDF)
• Duly completed Re-assessment Form (in PDF/word)
Please visit this website: http://www.cic.gc.ca/dmp-md/medical.aspx for identifying Panel Physician (PP) in your vicinity and take this email to the Panel Physician (PP) for the re-assessment(s) to be arranged. For clients outside India, please remember to advise the PP that the results will need to be sent to India .

Please contact PP within 07 days from the date of this email for an appointment to comply with this request. Failure to do so may result in the closing of your Immigration medical file, which may result in the refusal of your application.

U have to take appoibtment and IOM will do rest on ur behalf they will provide u further information as well .. X rays developed at IOM is in "pacs" software so they have to trafer that in jpeg and. Report and details in pdf ... There is nothing to worry... Its just new for me that even delhi office can ask for remed

any & every question related to your relationship with your spouse, just to figure out whether its genuine or not.
perhaps what does your spouse do, when exactly you guys met, have you been on a honeymoon, if yes where, a MUST thing is to read your file again a few times before you go for interview because your should know exact dates & relationship history on your application, there can NOT be any contradictions. he might pick up a pick of your spouses relatives and ask you who is in this pic just to see whether you actually know each others well enough.

When I submitted my daughters Canadian Birth Certificate and Long Form in Sept 2012 and May 2014 I had them coloured copied and sent. I didn't feel comfortable sending the originals.

RME isnt any particular officers name. It's a general abbreviation for "registered management employee" that is usually used in cooperations for communication. My guess is that's what they are referring to when communicating here. Immigration department hardly ever expose their employees identity unless absolutely necessary.

Agreed and I am just unable to fig out the reason that why people are asking names or VO :O I mean each case is different from other and it WILL NOT make any difference if a single person is handling 2 cases.
