No i am very very tense....this is my story.

I am in a very BIG TROUBLE...
My husband filled our case through a agent of *****....
Today , my contacted MP and he told us this story:
CIC london sent our agent an email about rePCC, Schedule 1 form and PPR 1 On 1 st OCT, 2014 and the agent did not forwarded us those email becoz of some changes in their office.
Now its 2 months and 10 days over and mostly 60 days are given.
I kept in contact we that stupid agent over this time and she keep on telling that i will update u as soon as i will get any email and now she told me that she is still finding those emails becoz 1 agent left and it was his email adress....
I am very very Upset ,,,,, kindly help me what to do...
I have also not received any remedical request till now. Perhaps agent might have missed that tooo.
I applied in 7 th Feb,2013 , file transferred to london i feb 2014,
Nikkahnamma request on 20 th august, 2014
Status changed to INPROCESS on 16 th oct,2014
GCMS notes status eligibilty pass , recieved on 23 oct,2014,but updated on 25 sept 2014
Email of pcc,PPR1 etc which i could not get on 1st oct,2014....(MP told about this email)
2 months 10 days passed,,,,,
No remed request but agent may have missed that tooo....
HELP ME,,,,WHAT TO DO!!!!!!

U can have ur MP request CIC to send it again.... it'll b quicker that way..... Get them to do it right away.... n keep regular follow up with ur MP until u receive their request.... that's honestly the best thing u can do

I remember there were a number of ppl that hadn't received their Original documents back even tho their spouses had landed in Canada..... Was there n e one successful in getting their Original documents returned to them??.... could ppl share their experiences for everybody's benefit?

I know that this might have been answered several times before already, but I was wondering if anyone had an idea as to how long does it take for CIC to get your passport once you've given it to a courier, TCS or other? Also approximately how long does it take to get back the passport? 1 month, or longer? Thank you all

Yes i hv emailed cic london n got reply from RME.

RME isnt any particular officers name. It's a general abbreviation for "registered management employee" that is usually used in cooperations for communication. My guess is that's what they are referring to when communicating here. Immigration department hardly ever expose their employees identity unless absolutely necessary.

Please advice should i send original of my daughter birth certificate or copy also can i scan and send or better to send via mail..

When I submitted my daughters Canadian Birth Certificate and Long Form in Sept 2012 and May 2014 I had them coloured copied and sent. I didn't feel comfortable sending the originals.
