CHC, Islamabad Spouse Sponsorship Timeline 2012 -2013

Salam everyone !
It has been more than 32 months for my husbands case. This long period of wait is just absurd. I was thinking on applying for trv. Can someone please help me out, anyone who has received a trv. What are the chances of attaining one while spousal sponsorship is in process? Also how long is the process of trv? What is the fee?
Please if anyone can reply that would be amazing !

If I use web form I get reply in 28 days (once I did using web form for London) .

I wonder what email address you use and what you write in Subject and you get reply so quickly. :-[

This forum is getting funnier day by day. People are fighting over political issues, Someone is upset because their question hasnt been answered so on & so forth. Sorry, Thankyou, You are so nice. InshAllah, MashAllah. I am sure the immigration people go over it once in a while. No wonder we are considered extremists. I have been through many other forums but never have i seen people discussing religion and politics in such depth on a forum which is basically for something else. And then we complain about the processing time going up. I am not saying that this is the only reason why its happening but everything adds up.

You are 100% right as there are Immigration Officers on here as it happened in 2010, 2011,2012 and 2014. I know for a fact and the comments that have been made against me are down right rude. These are the kind of people Visa Officers check all the time. ......................

3rd medical was used to be a rarity, with many members here having their 2nd medical expired, 3rd medical seems like a general direction now where many cases tend to move.

Sure reminding your MP is no harm when every other push comes to shove. You should have your visa(s) at least a month before the expiry of your medical to make your travel possible. Have you ordered notes after been given the interview at CHC-I, to learn about the concerns (if any) / views a visa officer has on your file ? Or, as to why they pushing your 2nd medical to the limits ?

No, I never ordered the notes as my lawyer never recommended it to me. But if I get no response till the end of next week, I'll surely order the notes. Does ordering the notes effects the process in shape of further delay?

No, ordering notes does not effect or delay your application in any way. Contrary to what your lawyer might think, through GCMS notes you'll have a better understanding about the progress / views a visa officer has on your case.
