which option I have to select in File Type.

1.Immigration File: Permanent Residence

or

2. Sponsorship File.

The first option seems obvious but I was reading the instructions over here and it tell us to select option 2.

I am worried about this why they requested me 2 time only additional documents instead of remedical request?? 28 months ago my husband did his first medical .I saw mostly people got remedical request and we are still waiting for remedical request since July 2012.

Hmmmm i know that's so difficult to wait so far long i would suggest you to meet your MP and disscus about your case and ask them to do something ..... and secondly go for case specific inquiry from your Visa Office.
