thankx jatt. i am also july 2013 applicant.. how far is your file ?

I got my notes o month ago and found that my file is yet to be assigned to some visa officer. :) How ever, I sent some additional documents volunteerlity a in June 2014 because we filed our case just after our (complete) marriage. It was an arrange one so we hadn't enough proofs to be given to CIC. In an year. we have gathered a lot chat, call , gift exchange, family parties pics, her 2 visits to Pakistan etc. No update since we filed our case.

Please do not contact us unless there are significant issues which need to be brought to our attention. Please quote your file number on all correspondence, including the envelope. Thanks for the support yaar ... just trying to figure if I may have missed something or they are still trying to analyze all the additional pics/docs/letters I sent ... after all I initially applied as Nikkah case then did Ruksati voluntarily and all to avoid any potential interview/long waits ....

But 'Shakeel1' was right about his source's intel that beginning Aug. 18, the 2013 cases will be queued for reviews ... ! :P

Did you hear anything about background checks or remed/repcc yet? Any indication on your notes if they have begun initial review?
