No its not nikah nama its registration certificate from union council and i knew it they will ask for it because i did not send it with my file

Any particular reason you didn't include it while filing the application ?

I only sent them niakh nama in urdu and english and reqistration certificate i recieved late so after that i forgot to send it

SORRY GUYS FOR ANOTHER POST...i made a critical mistake n i m so worried................
just realized yesterday.......n crying since than .......hubby is sooooo mad at me ......
ok so i did a stupid mistake while filling the forms .......in schedule Q NO 6 there is a quetion if i have ever applied for a visit visa for canada or any country and i and i didnt tick it .......as i have applied for american visit visa but it was way back in 2007.........n now i m panicking ....plz need ur advice n plz no harsh comment as already i m on verge of collapsing plz help

I would advise you not to worry and wait for the immigration officer's instructions. Explain to your husband that when you will get to refill Schedule A and other forms, you can indicate it there because the forms have now expired and the officer won't even look at them.

Keep it simple.

Yaar Raheel, check your eCas ... is it now 'in process'? I would also recommend you order notes today ... that way you'll know whether an officer has been assigned yet or not.

Good point! The alternate is you can re-fill the form and submit to LVO indicating you forgot to include your mention to a previous application for a USA visit visa. I would also write a formal letter indicating all of this.

But I would still wait for them to tell me to re-fill Schedule A since it will be expired and they will most probably not run any background checks on outdated information. You can indicate you applied for a US Visit Visa at that point.


May be senior members want to comment on this.

Hi dear,
Plz dont take any more action on ur mistake.
Plz consult a good attorney.
Else wait for the request of the CIC for new and
updated form and on that form give the actual info.

processing and making sure the file is complete
for the further/higher CIC officer's review.

In the next step, if satisfied, updated forms/pcc/new meds/ ppr1/2 would be requested INSHA ALLAH
