I am an august 2012 applicant. Haven't received anything yet. The online status says " Application received". My lawyer said that all files are now transferred over to London and that there are no files in Islamabad. He haven't received any email stating that it has moved over. He wouldn't let me order notes as according to him there is nothing wrong with my file and its just that the files are transferred over to London and its going to take sometime and that it could come any day now. I wanted to know if there's a way to find out exactly when my file was transferred over to London without ordering notes?

DONOT listen to your lawyer .. They always say dont apply for notes .. London got our files around feb march 2014 but they sent out emails to SOME people in june from Isb telling them london has their files.. Anyways u can apply for notes on ur own .. Do that.. It will give you a detailed info about ur file .. Ill repeat do apply for notes and do NOT listen to ur lawyer

you must order notes. Dont listen to your lawyer, Notes will tell you where your file is or and you may have missed some email from CHC which only notes can tell you about. I found out through notes that my wife provided them the wrong email address in first place

Plz guuide me,
In our GCMS notes it was written by VO that Marriage appears to be
genuine and other statements written
were also very positive abt our case, he also mentioned abt our two
canadian born sons.
In the end VO said to issue new meds and add doc .
It is dated first week of june 2014
And also the same VO assigned this to another VO with due date of 30 day margin,
But until today neither me nor my husband in Pak received anything
from CIC. Its app 62 days today.
So my questions are,
1) Is it possible that My husband can do the meds myself
without the cic email. He is in Lahore.
2) can I send the add doc my self to IS d as my file is in Isbd.

Hey did u check the incoming and outgoing section in ur notes ? Somewhere there it should say medical and status should be requested, if they requested you and you just missed it .. Make sure all ur email addresses are correct .. For remedical u need a pre filled form from the VO .. So u cannot do that on ur own

finally after waiting 2.5 years, today i received medical request. i know its not important for many members here as they have passed this stage but i am super excited because this would be very 1st email i received from them in these years.
i just want to ask where can i get appointment for medical.. i called on 051 111 466 472 they said we are unable to give appointment. please help me what should i do ??

I received remed, repcc and schedule A and add fam info updade on 1st aug 2014. Does smo knows whats next? Also I had add doc request on 8th may and it was well received I know because of tracking number... but a bit after that my email box stopped receiving some emails... so I wrote to VO to tell them my new address and that I have received the emal of 8th may 2014 only but if they have sent another email to please resend it. VO replied with the 8th may email saying as per our 8th may email... and they changed the delay to 30 days instead of 45... that was on 15 july I havent reply to it yet... I don't know if I should just ignore it as it might be a misunderstanding since I received remed on 1st august... I am really confused and dont know what to do... Please help and sorry for spelling mistakes as I am typing with one hand and my baby sleeping in the other...

if everything goes well then PPR is next inshAllah .. what docs were requested on 8 may ?? and sorry i couldn't understand the part where your mail box started having problems .

It is so confusing . You are trying to say you missed email of 1st aug. And it remed. Is it? And when you wrote to cic they have reduce the time? And now you want yto ignore tgat remed . Req. Is it?
