1st EMAILS SAYING THE FOLLOWING:

We are writing with regards to your family-class application for permanent residence in Canada.
Please note that, as you may already be aware, this office has taken over responsibility for the processing of family-class applications from the Visa Office in Islamabad
Please be advised that, in order for us to proceed with your application, we require the following items:
- The following updated immigration application forms. Please download the required forms from the website links below. Please ensure all sections are fully completed and you leave no gaps in time, from the age of 18 to date:

- Original, updated Police Certificates from all countries resided in for 6 months or more since the date of your original application.
- Original Marriage Registration Certificate.
- Repeat medical examination; please note that medical instruction forms will be emailed separately.
- RPRF – please ask your sponsor to pay this fee in Canada
- Long form birth certificate for your baby
If any documents are not written in either English or French, please enclose a certified translation in addition to a photocopy of the original document. Please submit the requested documentation/information to us within 60 days. Please submit all the above documents to us at the same time, quoting your file number (shown in the subject line above) on all correspondence, including on the envelope. You may respond to our request by email, including scanned attachments with the relevant documentation. If you choose to respond by post, please include a copy of this email in your correspondence.
Should you not respond within 60 days, your application will be assessed based on the information we have on file at that time, and may lead to a refusal of your application. Once the application is refused, you would be able to reapply, but you would be required to submit a new application and pay a new processing fee. The new application would be assessed according to the Canadian Immigration Act and Regulations in force at the time that the new application was received.

IS THIS A RE MEDICAL REQUEST???
AND KINDLY TELL ME WHAT TO DO IN THE FIRST EMAIL, HOW TO FILL THE FORM IMM5669E.ALL OF MY ORIGNAL DOCS ARE IN CANADA.
AND THEY ONLY SEND THIS EMAIL TO APPLICANT ONLY RIGHT? OR THEY EMAIL THE SPONSER TOO?
