i have some questions:

1st- when i submitted my case i showed matric and inter ( FSc ) and after that i showed job at my uncle's firm, but now im in the middle of ACCA, so should i mention that im doing ACCA or stick with the info i gave them at the start? i.e matric Fsc and job?

2nd- im suppose to scan the orignal docs and attach them or i hav to send them a hard copy?

3rd-am i suppose to send re medical and the docs in on go or can i sumbit the docs now and send the medical when its done?

4th-am i the only to get these emails or will my laywer or my wife will also receive them?

5th- the first form where i have to enter my all the info, do i need to take a print, and write everything? or should i use keyboard and type the things in it and take print sign it and scan the form?

2 SEPERATE EMAILS.
1st EMAILS SAYING THE FOLLOWING:

If any documents are not written in either English or French, please enclose a certified translation in addition to a photocopy of the original document. Please submit the requested documentation/information to us within 60 days. Please submit all the above documents to us at the same time, quoting your file number (shown in the subject line above) on all correspondence, including on the envelope. You may respond to our request by email, including scanned attachments with the relevant documentation. If you choose to respond by post, please include a copy of this email in your correspondence.
Should you not respond within 60 days, your application will be assessed based on the information we have on file at that time, and may lead to a refusal of your application. Once the application is refused, you would be able to reapply, but you would be required to submit a new application and pay a new processing fee. The new application would be assessed according to the Canadian Immigration Act and Regulations in force at the time that the new application was received.

IS THIS A RE MEDICAL REQUEST???

AND KINDLY TELL ME WHAT TO DO IN THE FIRST EMAIL, HOW TO FILL THE FORM IMM5669E.ALL OF MY ORIGNAL DOCS ARE IN CANADA.

AND THEY ONLY SEND THIS EMAIL TO APPLICANT ONLY RIGHT? OR THEY EMAIL THE SPONSER TOO?

Ali bhaiiii congratss! It seeems like a remed and repcc. Ask your sponsor to FedEx the original nikkah nama to London from Canada and quote ur file number on ALL emails envelopes etc.

Just to add it'll probably be an electronic medical .. e-medical which will be sent very fast by the IOM so you don't have to worry

its still same, medical recieved.

ok tell me, my in laws are asking that they will send the docs from canada, but yeh kaam to mujhe kerna chahie right?.
also this form and medical result yeh eik sath send kerne hian ya seperate? like docs abi or medical baad me?

Is there any other way to check the status of the file, because mine says that the application was received only, it does not say in process or anything

Ali u r required to fill ur Schedule A form
and collect other documents and then either
u can send them directly to LVO or u can send all docs to Canada and ur
Inlaws can then send to LVO.
But the meds for sure you will complete and thats all.

Bhai g. ab bus INSHALLAH 2013 ki bari ha. Kuch dino pehlay man nay aik do questions post kiya thay tou kuch logon nay mera mazak urraya tha(SENIOR MEMBERS ) . Lakin wo kehtay han na kisi ko duhtkaro met Because jin ki insaan help nai kertay un ki KHUDA HUD HELP kertay han. u can send them directly to LVO or u can send all docs to Canada and ur
Inlaws can then send to LVO.
But the meds for sure you will complete and thats all.

thanks, actually i emailed ottawa to check where my file was, they told me it wasnt there and told me to conatact london, after emailing london they replied that ur file was transfered to london.so thats how i know..
also my orignal docs are in canada with my in laws, i just need to send them police certificate and medical?

Dear All.

I got passport request from LVO stating 2step procedure to submit passport mentioning Pakistani law of not sending passports outside country.

I sent the email stating I am UAE based now.
