IMPORTANT:

PLEASE DO NOT REQUEST NOTES EVERY MONTH

I talked to my lawyer and he said if you order notes, it does tell you your timeline but may in fact delay your file swell.

As for the Notes they are in OTTAWA, the file is sent from London to OTTAWA and then the notes are issued and sent to the user

the file is sent back again to LONDON. The whole process takes a month.

You should order Notes once a year that is what my lawyer said. Everyone who applied should know that it takes 30 months for the whole process, in some rare cases the process takes a year and some bad cases it takes more then 36 months. So my Brothers and Sisters please be patient and pray.
Everything is done according to the will of ALLAH, when the time is right.

PLEASE SHARE THIS INFO, I don't want any of your process to delay further.

When someone order notes, the notes are for Electronic file.

If you told me all this if there were no computers then i would agree with you but unfortunately i do not, because now a days everything is done by computers and electronically.

This is what my lawyer told me, he said that average time takes about 30 months so if you do want to order notes, you can do so once a year. as we order the notes it shows up on our file as well how many times have we ordered GCMS notes.

The file is usually just sitting around and is not touched as everything is done on first come first serve basis.

ordering notes every month will do no good.

Your lawyer is from stone age!!!! Just kidding........ Don't take it to heart.

My cousin works as a clerk in Home office in London--England. They have contacts with all the embassies and High commissions in England. I asked her if she knows the criteria of CIC like how they manage the file orders. Today i spoke to her and she told me this thing which i shared above and she came to know by her colleague who has contacts with CIC LONDON on daily basis for verification of Canadian Citizens who want to settle in UK.

Queation is, whoever got ppr 2 what ur email say in the last para of the first page of attachment
Mine says contact london office if u dont hear from tcs with in 4 weeks and another memmbers told me iits written 2 weeks in his email

I asked her for sure the same selfish question that where is my file when visa will be done bella bella and on which files they are working because according to the forum members 2012-2013 files are mixed up but she told me its very suspicious to ask about specific file or person. but she told me that after 18th August they are going to work on 2013 files regularly.
