Salam, I just remembered when we were leaving, the Visa Officer gave us our complete file back. The Security Guard at the door said never has he seen them give the client complete file back, I think the weight would have cost them a lot LOL. I think it must way near 50lbs In Sha Allah....

Alhumdulillah. My wife received two emails today from London visa office.

One for re-medical and in other they have requested following.

Updated Schedule A
Police Certificate
RPRF
Client Info: Passport number, expiry, height, eye color

Here is my timeline:

Applied: Dec. 2012
AOR: Jan 10, 2013
Re-medical and Documents: July 10, 2014

How long does it take for passport request after you submit these documents?

Good Idea!! Just were so shocked I guess but it sure was heavy and they had a hard time to find the whole file the visa officer said as normally the file is not so big. But I guess we went the distance LOL!!

There are two things here.

CHC-ISB process pp issuance and CHC-ISB process LVO sent pp issuance.

They are not the same thing. ISB has a different section in for LVO where pp issuance takes place very quickly (around 5-20 days)

Then there is ppr from ISB only, with no links with LVO (thats where the problem is) they are notoriously slow.

Friend of mine got ppr may 1 2014 from ISB only ( A month and half before me) but still no pp return.

ISB is still up to its bad ways. Members whose files are transferred to LVO are now considered lucky.

Is there any estimated timeline though for pp return from CHC-ISB as mine is from ISB Only? I sent them today

we are in same boat bro my wife received ppr1 on July 7th wee have same timeline waiting for visa now

They asked for 3rd Medical before taking passport after interview as your 2nd medical expired in Jan-2014?

I am on this forum for last 2.50 years and I can say London is doing good work as compared to Islamabad.

But you must be lucky here as well. :'(

If all is Okay your PPR2 will come in Max of 4 weeks from date you submit PPR1.
Then Max 4 weeks for Visa.

Visa: In general total average is 6 weeks and lucky one will get in 4 weeks.
