whats the average time for first contact from CIC after getting approved? my 16th month is going and i have not received a single message from them.
also i never ordered notes..my file was received in February and i still fall under 24 months of process time, so i have 8 months left ..

Nobody knows. its just a luck based thing!

wa salam, im good what about u? thats what i was told that whoever applied during the 24 months processing time period will get his work done IF nothing suspicious happens..
at present its i think 34 or 36 months period..so if those people are right im under old process time.

I gets really mad when people say i fall in to 20 month and 22 or what ever months and i have that many months left.No one know there time limit so please shhhhh.

i know no one knows exactly whats going to happen, but no harm in asking right? i thought there might be an average time of first contact from cic like in 15th or 17th month or something..so if u dont have the right answer to question asked by members i think its better to remain shhhh and continue to next page....

N.Ali dont worry you will hear some news within 5 months insAllah you should also order notes if your file transferred to LOndon your processing done so fast but if your file is in islamabad it will take time form 24 to 27months may be

Not even. These guys dont even take the time to email london/islamabad.

I once was sitting in a mp office (family forced me to go).

This guy called cic mississagua (wtf?) and inquired about my file.

He then told me "my sources say your file is pending reviewing."

I laughed, got up and left.

Thats an mp inquiry in a nutshell.

3rd now i have to enter my wife info? her name,home adress and her cell# and contry as canada? or mine? also it has "street number" and "street name" 2 different options, how to fill these? i only have their home # and street name.nothing else.
