I didn't receive mine after 30 days, sent them an email fortunately got notes 4 hours later.

I think I am the first case on canadavisa who received request for step 1, on April 10, then received my step 2 on May 12. I am still waiting for TCS to bring back PP.

Your information shows that you gave interview recently. My wife will be giving her interview on 12th June. Its a Nikkah case.

Could you please let me know what type of questions do they ask from the applicant and what documents do they need at the time of interview ?

This one is easy.

Nikah-only case = Interview. (the Obvious reason).

Pretty sure they wanna ask why the marriage is not yet consummated.
Have you still not had rukhsati in 28 months since date of Nikah?

Did you order [GCMS] case notes ? If not, better do so to find out their concerns.

Best for your wife to know EVERY detail about you(sponsor), and of course your future plans about Rukhsati, etc.
If Rukhsati is already arranged, she should carry the details/cards/arrangement evidence, etc.

And to take any recent proof of cohabilitation(or time spent together), such as photos, visits, etc.
Anything to show your relationship is genuine. Other than that, her personal/educational certificates/degrees, etc....

Well we want to do Rukhsati after getting the visa and this is what we mentioned when they requested additional documents.

Today she has also received Re-medical request.

I know a guy who did his Rukhsati after coming to Canada and he wasnt even interviewed during the entire spousal sponsorship process.. So they still are accepting Nikkah case even without interview.

Unfortunately my file is also in Islamabad and I have f no idea what to do to to these haramies.
