you have to send them hard copies via fedxe, dont use short cuts.
bes ure ur passport is valid for next 6 months or above.
they will send u next email after next day once they will receive hard copies.
The next email will be instructed you to send passport at CHC-isb

Umm... they ask you to do either way, no shortcuts taken. They are trying to make things easier, by making the process as paperless as possible, no need to make it hard on yourself [and others]

This is the email that I received this morning. Just wondering how long will it take to email me the medical forms.
Dear Sir/Madam,

We are writing with regards to your family-class application for permanent residence in Canada.

Please be advised that, in order for us to finalise your application, we require the following items:

- Updated, original Pakistan Police Certificate.

- Repeat medical examination; please note that repeat medical instruction forms will be emailed separately.

Please submit the requested documentation/information to us within 30 days. Please submit all the above documents to us at the same time, quoting your file number (shown in the subject line above) on all correspondence, including on the envelope.

I got the remedical email the very next day....As i got the additional docs April 15th and on April 16th got the remedical email so i think Monday you will get remedical email around same time 9 am...
