We are writing with regards to your family-class application for permanent residence in Canada.

Please be advised that, in order for us to finalise your application, we require the following items:

- Updated, original Pakistan Police Certificate.

- Repeat medical examination; please note that repeat medical instruction forms will be emailed separately.

Please submit the requested documentation/information to us within 30 days. Please submit all the above documents to us at the same time, quoting your file number (shown in the subject line above) on all correspondence, including on the envelope.

My brother has gotten the same email. And he got the follow up email the next day. The reason they send this separately is because it comes from another department. A different email address was used to send med req.

I have a question. When I filled up the application my husband was. Living in Karachi and now since last year he moved to Faisalabad. And I informed the CIC about his moving. So should he send the PCC from Karachi or Faisalabad.

I have a question. When I filled up the application my husband was. Living in Karachi and now since last year he moved to Faisalabad. And I informed the CIC about his moving. So should he send the PCC from Karachi or Faisalabad.

You will have to provide PCC where you have resided 6 months or more....
