Do u have ordered notes recently???

If its a husband case plz be ready for a rain of questions that you never thought of. For this The notes are a best bet.
Notes will let u know why they call interview and what r their reservations. So that u can get ready.

In 2006 when my husband went for interview, me and our few months old son also went with him to Islamabad office but CIC couldn't let me and our son go along my husband.

The questioning officer asked so many questions from my husband. Later on after 8 month,s we got a refusal letter through normal Pakistan post at our house.

At that time we never heard about the notes otherwise we could be ready and may b our case not refused.

So be careful and be prepared.
Best of Luck

why did they refuse? they didn't told you the reason?

As in this section most are pakistani,s so hopefully i could get better answer.

First my question is not related to canada immigration,it,s for another country but my concerned country dont have any forum where i could get helpful information, but it,s general question.

I got married 2 years ago and now i want to call my wife on family reunion visa.but on our documents we have problems.

1- my father-in-law,s correct name is Muhammad Amjad. But few years age he put MALIK as a caste name with his name now he is using Malik Muhammad Amjad.
At the time of birth on my wife,s record it was written Amjad hussain and from that day she is using incorrect name, and on nikah nama,MRC,FRC it,s Malik Amjad hussain

correct father-in-law,s name is Muhammad Amjad
on my wife,s birth certificate Amjad hussain
on nikah nama,MRC,FRC Malik amjad hussain

i want to ask that are consular officer,s familiar with this types of discrepancies.
should we carry on with this as it is or should we make necessary correction,or can we put affidavit that these names belong to 1 person,
OR
in family reunion cased embassy ignore incorrect parents name.

ALL other data is correct.

i shall be very thankful to all of you for your kind suggestions.

AOA everyone! my husband will be sending his RCMP clearance certificate and passport next week to islamabad as requested. We r expecting our first baby on 20 june, i really wish my husband to be with me before delivery, should we send a doctors letter along with rcmp certificate and passport so they can return his passport before my delivery date or is it better to let isb do thier work as they want to, i dont want they take more time to put this info on file.

If the passport has been requested, then it's pretty futile at this point to include Dr's letter
