As in this section most are pakistani,s so hopefully i could get better answer.
First my question is not related to canada immigration,it,s for another country but my concerned country dont have any forum where i could get helpful information, but it,s general question.
I got married 2 years ago and now i want to call my wife on family reunion visa.but on our documents we have problems.
1- my father-in-law,s correct name is Muhammad Amjad. But few years age he put MALIK as a caste name with his name now he is using Malik Muhammad Amjad.
At the time of birth on my wife,s record it was written Amjad hussain and from that day she is using incorrect name, and on nikah nama,MRC,FRC it,s Malik Amjad hussain
correct father-in-law,s name is Muhammad Amjad
on my wife,s birth certificate Amjad hussain
on nikah nama,MRC,FRC Malik amjad hussain
i want to ask that are consular officer,s familiar with this types of discrepancies.
should we carry on with this as it is or should we make necessary correction,or can we put affidavit that these names belong to 1 person,
OR
in family reunion cased embassy ignore incorrect parents name.
ALL other data is correct.
i shall be very thankful to all of you for your kind suggestions.
