when they ask for this fee? when they are making decision for ppr ?
You are supposed to pay this fee and send them the receipt when you submit your application [some don't]. They will ask for this before they ask for your passport.

That is the only link for ordering notes online and many have used it numerous times [I have used it twice]

Always look at the bright side of life. I applied for my wife to come to Canada on December 2010. I have been waiting for more than 41 months and I have no idea when my wife will come to Canada. I am sure you wouldn't want to trade positions with me ? lol

Thank Allah Swt that you will be united with your spouse very soon.

Please also pray for all those who have no idea how long it will take to be reunited with their spouses in Canada.

It's best to contact/launch an inquiry through MP, and also send inquiry to CHC-I (fax or email), as well as order GCMS notes.
Don't just sit and wait without doing anything.

I think I paid the fee when I submitted my application back in 2011 but the problem is I don't know for sure if I did.
If I got the first PPR from the London office, does that mean I don't have to worry about it?

Brother its really a long time when you applied... :o :o have you ever received remedical ??? or intervieew request ? you should order notes for sure

Yes It has been a very long time. I applied for my wife to come to Canada on December 2010. The initial medical as well as the 2nd medical expired. I am still waiting for a 3rd medical request. I have ordered my file notes many times. I just need to be more patient and inshAllah my wife will get her visa soon. I am still waiting for my wife to get an interview call as she has not been called for an interview yet.

41 Months and still waiting...

I have been following my case very carefully since I applied on December 2010. I have ordered the notes numerous times and my local MP has been helping me greatly. I never imagined that sponsoring my wife would take this long. I hope she will come to Canada very soon.

Hey guys,

I am waiting for PPR since Feb now, do you guys suggest ordering notes to find out any info or just kind of let it be for now and wait for another few weeks? My representative told me 2 days ago that the passport request will come directly to my husband whereas we were under the impression that it will come to the representative first. Now I am a little scared because even though my husband gets all his emails on his cell phone, junk mail can potentially be overlooked in that scenario. Should I email London or Islamabad or just order notes?

Any feedback will be appreciated!

Thanks in advance.
Hey jerry84, did you order notes after your re-medical request? I think I saw somewhere that you did order the notes. If you did then please let me know if it mentioned anything useful.
My hubby went for medical in Nov 2013 and we have not hear anything uptil now. My patience is really stretching thin at this point in time!!

As salaam o alaykum!

I would like to gather a list of applicants who applied in March 2012 to sponsor their husbands. Can you please reply to my post. We can stay in touch and see if anyone of us sees any updates or insights.

Jazak'Allah!
