Congratz !!

You could get the passport back within 2 months but I have heard of cases where they hold onto the passport for 3 to 4 Months. Just thank Allah that you have been approved. I applied for my wife to come to Canada on December 2010 and she still has not got her visa yet.

When did you apply ?

Brother its really a long time when you applied... :o :o have you ever received remedical ??? or intervieew request ? you should order notes for sure

Hey guys,

I am waiting for PPR since Feb now, do you guys suggest ordering notes to find out any info or just kind of let it be for now and wait for another few weeks? My representative told me 2 days ago that the passport request will come directly to my husband whereas we were under the impression that it will come to the representative first. Now I am a little scared because even though my husband gets all his emails on his cell phone, junk mail can potentially be overlooked in that scenario. Should I email London or Islamabad or just order notes?

Any feedback will be appreciated!

Thanks in advance.

Dear friends ,

I am ordering notes for the first time.. i got two methods to order notes one is online and second one is manual.

for online:
https://docs.google.com/document/d/1W-pM8FYbZBC4HFmqGS1alnD_YHCbYz5HRBVsXa33wkk/edit?pli=1

For manual:
If you have a relative / friend in Canada

As you have a relative / friend there it would cost you just $5. Its very easy. Your relative / friend will order this on your behalf and he will be the requester. It can be done by email and your relative / requester can send scan copies of everything. Your relative / friend will receive CAIPS / GCMS notes in his email.

First fill the following form but your relative / friend will sign it as he is the requester.

http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/pdf/kits/forms/IMM5563E.pdf

Then you will have to fill this consent form and sign yourself

http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/pdf/kits/forms/IMM5475E.pdf

Now according to latest IMM5563E form you can even pay fees online if you are not living in Canada and there is no need to fill any credit card form. Pay fees online, get receipt, fill it and then scan and attach with application. Its very easy. Go to section C of the following form then follow other links given below.

http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/fees/index.asp

After payment take 2 copies of print out of receipt. Keep one copy for yourself and attach other with application.

Ask your relative to provide copy of his Canadian passport or PR card and copy of his recent bill or bank statement as a proof that he is currently living in Canada

Ask him to scan everything and send everything by email to

Can anybody tell me what should be the best way to order notes? i am bit confused with these procedures
