Salam, one thing I would like to say here a Visa Officer said that after they request a new medical that the process for Background check takes anywhere from 6 to 9 months In Sha Allah........

Is that right?? It means my husband was request to submit medical report for 2nd time in Nov 2013. This means that I can expect PPR before July

My female cousin who filed her case at start of her Engineering 2nd semester and informed her friends that I would not be able to be with you in 3rd semester . CIC ny usey pori engineering krwai balky 6 months ki Internship afterward. She said hr banda hr mulaqat mein pochta tha,, oye tum gaye nahi abhi? Oy tum gaye nahi.. Also, she came to knew someone filed a complaint to CIC that her marriage was for immigration. So uska interview b huwa tha.. .
.
So she advised me . Now when someone asks

How is someone able to file a complaint to CIC? If I were to think about complaining on someone, I wouldn't know where to start ????

I have a question:

If the tests VDRL and TPHA for Syphilis are positive and after diagnosis at the panel medical centre for Canadian Immigration which is an IOM centre, they provide a treatment which is three injections of Penicillin continuously for three weeks (one injection per week). How does it effect the medical decision for immigration in family class?

Please share your thoughts on that.

I have sent every type of proof possible of my ongoing relationship with my wife for the past 4 years but I don't know how long it will take for my wife to finally come to Canada. Alot of people have been deterred from marrying in Pakistan due to the long waiting period of sponsorship. I really hope inshAllah that she comes to Canada as soon as possible.
