HI Folks,
This morning I got Remed request fro London for my wife. I am a April 2012 applicant and my file was transferred to London in Feb. In addition, they have asked "New Schedule A/Background Declaration form for yourself and each family member over the age of 18"

Now I am in a strange predicament , my wife is pregnant and we are expecting in July. My questions are ?
Will the Doctor perform the medical on a pregnant woman?
When should I inform London about pregnancy Now or after the baby is born ?
How long it might take once the baby is added to application ?
Is there any remote possibility that process could be so fast that my wife will be allowed to come to Canada before anticipated delivery?

from what ive heard, they dont perform complete medical tests on pregnant women..but u can always call the medical center and ask. also, it differs from case to case, they can delay ur case or process it urgently,it all depends on their mood cause i have seen canadian people waiting for more than 1.5 years for their babys certificate and i have seen pr folks' files being delayed too cause of the addition of a new born..cause another member has to be sponsored...u might get lucky if they perform complete med tests..that might turn things around for the best,
they might feel merciful and process ur case before ur baby is due..keep praying

Does any one have the link which clearly says that Pakistani have to send original documents. :

When you first applied it said it in the application that they must be Original Documents.

honestly it means nothing to a cic officer...life is plentiful in pakistan.. babies are born and many more die everyday....there are kids picking garbage in the streets in pakistan right now..and many more working as domestic servants..kids are not really respected...and having a baby right after marriage doesn't really sway the cic officer in granting someone a visa faster..in canada having a baby is planned and couples prepare for it...in pakistan..having a baby right after nine months of marriage is pretty much the norm..anyway..just saying.

pray you get transferred to london..and then wait a few more months...you will get it..of course nothing is more wonderful than a couple reunited ...is it me or does anyone else feel the dark days of the conservative majority are coming to an end?? i see the light at the end of the tunnel..;D

Hope everyone is well.

Let me take a minute to share my story with you, and then i will get to my question.

I am a canadian born and raised.

Okay. So on February 27th. 2013. I went to Pakistan and got married. (love marriage). Nikah Only case btw
I came back and Sponsored him in October. because the stupid medical appointment took months. My whole process started in November. 2013. What i attached with my papers were a whole lot of proof. So that they believe our relationship is genuine and i won't have to go back for rukhsuthi and valeema. (it will make distance harder). 5 years worth of emails, phone bills, chats, gift receipts, and text messages. about a 5lb package. if not more. lol.

Now my papers are gone to Islamabad.

What would be the next step?? How long until i hear from these people?

Anyone Know?

Top insanity from London is they are asking people same documents which they Islamabad asked a year back.

Just imagine how bad this immigration Canada doing this work load distribution management.

I am getting out my mind when I read London asked same documents again.

Islamabad scanned and sent back to applicants.

How it can possible they do not have in their system.

Files get transferred electronically from Ottawa to Islamabad and Islamabad scanned in documents
and London cannot see them in system.

What a BS time waste......another stress.............

AOA, things looks change since the files transferred to London, my wife reported pregnancy & doctor recommendation letter submitted to CHC Isb but case was not speed up. I have 7 Months old Son who born in Canada. Now my wife and my son came to Pakistan & staying with me till my case is final.

It is my suggestion that you should report on priority, cover letter, with doctor letter & medical report to both CHC Islamabad & London.
