For some reason im also not sold on this news. I am more leaning towards them closing down as they have started to transfer cases. But lets see what happens. Nobody here has political contacts? I remember one giys MP was better than my devinder shory i would ask him to contact the MP again to figure out the details..

Lets wait and see what happens. We are all stating our opinion (which is allowed obviously). But i feel we are stressing unnecessarily because this isnt in our control. For now its all rumors, lets wait this month and see what happens in chc-Islamabad. If ppr's/remed come then Islamabad is still up and working...

This process is like an unpredictable movie where you guess the next step but nothing close to your predictions happens. I pray my husband gets visa so he can attend my convocation in June. I was thinking he will be here on our wedding anniversary in April but now it does not seem like it's gona happen.

Yes! I have my masters convocation in August, I hope my baby comes by then too inshallah

Yes i received ppr on saturday via email and its from Islamabad not london. The address they mentioned to send my passport to is the same CHC Islamabad address, Therefore I don't think that CHC Islamabad is shifting anywhere.

Hello,

If all of you are so in love with your spouses, and being apart is tearing a piece of you everyday.
Can you spare a week of your life for your spouse. If so can we get together from every part of
Canada to Ottawa and do a pieceful protest in front of Parliament building.
Nothing will happen until it becomes a news, than they will know there is a problem and pressure
from media attention will force governement to decrease wait time.
Lets organise a seperate group on this Forum and decide a date to get together.
If this sounds extreme, then we as a nation deserve to be treated like sheeps.
Really fellows think about it, waiting for your spouse for three years even if they get visa
after that time. Will you ever get back those three years of your life which you could have
enjoyed with your spouse.
Its cruel. If countries like australia and USA can finalise a spousal application within 4 to 6 month than
Canada can too.
Traveling back & forth to Pakistan takes a toll on our business, jobs or studies. Lets just spare a week, atleast
to get the satisfcation we just didnt sit down and let it happen to our lives staying quite.
I think we owe this much to our families or spouses.

salaamualicom brother I tried this long time ago but none cares bro this my old post (sallaam asyed sister I remember u asked me about struck , to be honest sister I try my best to get together some ppl in our situation here in Canada but no body is ready to take time and rise their voices at the beginning I got some support but than they got disappeared i dont know why and this is why we r stucked in this situation it is very easy to talk but nobody is ready to take some action everybody wants fast processing but nobody want to rise thier voices yak haat say tali nahee bajiga see sister no mattar what we write here it is useless cic will apply this 32 months on us anyways they do whatever they wanna do coz we r setting silence and doing nothing my plane was to all afgs all paks who sponsored their spouses from all over the Canada fix time and date make a plane and get together in Ottawa stay there for few days make an appointment and talk to some manister or any body in charge and explain to theme our problems and i am sure when they see too many ppl having same problem things will change right away but u tell me who is ready to do this Nobody coz thier job and their business is more important than their lifes actully i work 7 days a week but i am ready to take off few days and join theme but as i told u already one person cant do anything our ppl is very good in talking that's it so therefore I gave up and kept silent and joining u guys in this waiting game
