No, they don't provide you any update regarding the progress of your case. Phone calls won't be entertained by CHC-ISB.
And they wont even reply to your E-Mails. Everyone over here is passing through the same dilemma. You are not the only one my dear.

yes but they wont tell u anything. but u can ask them if ur file has been trfrd to london or not n for what purpose.
