Hey guys i have a question....I got an email requesting to pay the right of permanent residence fee and to submit a police clearance certificate and also said IF I HAD NOT ALREADY DONE SO. It asked to send the reciept to the office in mississauga and did not tell me where to send the PCC I am assuming to the mississauga office as well? My case was originally in Islamabad but got moved to New Delhi and i remember already submitting a PCC (the ministry of interior gave us some farsi document and a reference/fax number that we were supposed to send with our original application (apparently thats how it works in Kabul) so does this mean we have to send something (PCC) again? because it does mention if you have not already done so...and if they accepted what I sent before then how do i find that out? Like on ecas would it say "PCC has been received"? I just dont want to send the reciept by itself in case they do still need a PCC from us and if they do I am not sure how to find out because why would it say "if you have not already done so".

I requested for notes back in December and I got an email today. They have sent me copies of all the forms I had filled out when I applied. I did not get any notes or anything else regarding where my application stands.....

and i got this email from ND yesterday

No ecase dose nt shw that pcc have been received. Pcc is valid for 6mnts if it is valid up til now then dnt send. Else rnd them

You should have got approx 47 pages or so of computerized details of your file. Not forms you filled out and sent to cic.
I hope your ordered gmcs notes (atip online request) and not something else....

You might want to order your GCMS notes to see what the holdup is. Sometimes they indicate things like marriage not genuine and you can send in extra proof to show it's genuine.

can u guide me how to do it? what is the fee for it?

For all members who are stuck after remed for over 6 months or so. Verify what is your group name and/or number. (Group name/number can only be found if gmcs notes ordered on 1st page).

Maybe it is this group they have put on hold (just a hypothesis).

We have very similar timelines. I applied in feb 2012 remed in aug 2013. I think certain groups are forwarded to certain visa officers, thus having different outcomes. This group and few others maybe on hold or processed slower due to lazy visa officer. But we need to see more members with group numbers to prove if this is actually true.

Hello Dear, I checked mine and its the exact same numbers as yours and I have been waiting for PPR since June 2013 , remed + PCC and all requested documents have been submitted to them, no idea what is going on with CHC - ISB. thanks for pointing this out.
