Hey guys i have a question....I got an email requesting to pay the right of permanent residence fee and to submit a police clearance certificate and also said IF I HAD NOT ALREADY DONE SO. It asked to send the reciept to the office in mississauga and did not tell me where to send the PCC I am assuming to the mississauga office as well? My case was originally in Islamabad but got moved to New Delhi and i remember already submitting a PCC (the ministry of interior gave us some farsi document and a reference/fax number that we were supposed to send with our original application (apparently thats how it works in Kabul) so does this mean we have to send something (PCC) again? because it does mention if you have not already done so...and if they accepted what I sent before then how do i find that out? Like on ecas would it say "PCC has been received"? I just dont want to send the reciept by itself in case they do still need a PCC from us and if they do I am not sure how to find out because why would it say "if you have not already done so".
Btw i submitted my original application in Nov 2013
